Customized Products

Since most of our items are made-to-order with your selected design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences, sizing choices, or color selections. This helps us maintain high quality and reduce waste.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error in production, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will be happy to:

  • Replace the item

  • Offer a refund if a replacement is not possible

Please provide photos of the issue when contacting us, so we can process your request efficiently.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  2. Attach photos of the product if damaged or defective

  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions

Return Shipping

For items eligible for replacement or refund due to defects or shipping damage, we will provide instructions. In these cases, we cover the cost of return shipping.
